How long does approval take?
Most accounts are approved within 1 business day of submitting the application. We'll confirm by email with your account details and rep contact.
Do you run a credit check?
Starter and Contractor accounts don't require a credit check. Commercial accounts may require a brief review — we'll let you know upfront.
Can multiple team members access one account?
Pro accounts include up to 3 users. Commercial accounts include unlimited users with role-based permissions. Starter accounts are single-user.
How do payments work?
We accept all major credit cards at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. You get instant confirmation and next-day processing so your project stays on schedule.
How does billing work for Commercial accounts?
At the end of each month, we send a consolidated invoice covering all orders placed that month. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date, by ACH or card.
What if I need material faster than usual?
Commercial accounts can flag orders for expedited handling. We'll confirm availability, added cost, and a revised lead time within the hour.
Can I use a trade account without ordering everything through the configurator?
The configurator is the primary ordering tool, but your rep can assist with complex or non-standard orders that need manual configuration. Just reach out directly.
Is there a minimum monthly order value?
No minimum. If your volume dips in a slow month, your account stays active. Volume pricing is based on rolling 3-month average, not a monthly minimum.
What happens to my account if I go to a different tier?
Tier upgrades happen automatically when your 3-month rolling average hits the threshold. We'll notify you when you qualify and confirm your new discount rate.
